Right after I took this, I slipped in that large puddle of water and had a major wipeout, breaking my lens filter and cutting my elbow open deep. I’ve been practicing photography in some capacity for most of my life, but it wasn’t until several years ago that I discovered I could merge that passion with my second love- cars- and turn what was a hobby into my career. This session was also pretty memorable, in that the owner of the car is currently one of the wealthiest men on the planet. Just look at that location …. Bland continually improving his skills over the course of four years and in , he transitioned into the commercial field with clients including Chrysler, Dodge and Ram where he has been shooting for their press release on the upcoming vehicles.

Very few of my notblane are ever accomplished alone; what you never see at face value when viewing a finished photo are the many producers, assistants, art directors, creative directors, drivers, security teams, detailers and any other number of crew, present either on set or in agencies and offices around the world.

It’s a simple frame, but in that light, the car just looked gorgeous. This Arctic Tundra by NotBland. I did get a lot of odd looks from the employees, who were undoubtedly wondering why I was apparently taking a photo of a garage door.
