Cesare v4c25! (& some dead-born project)

Yay! Starting a new volume of Cesare with chapter 25. Releasing along as well chapter 1 of Defense Devil– which was like due looooooong ago *cough* Note that it’s not a new project: we were supposedly going to work on Defense Devil because we did the prologue one-shot (Akuma Bengoshi Kucabara) but another group was quicker to pick it up and it’s all for the best since we would have been too slow to satisfy the readers (and that’s more importantly less work for us!). Anyway, since the translation was originally done for our group and it was all proofed by then, and I didn’t want my bought magazine to go to waste, here’s our version of the 1st chapter (yeah, I took my time editing it since it was not exactly the most urgent thing). >:]

Note about March Story: Viz has licensed the series (so fast!) so no downloads available anymore. We’re dropping the project BUT since kurenai already finished translating volume 2 some time ago, we’ll have some more chapters out before officially dropping it. Stay tuned.

Because we like cute shoujo, too, sometimes *hides*, here’s a little (but 80-page long!) oneshot by Aruko: Diorama. It’s been collected in a volume titled ‘Loveletter from’ and we decided to do the other stories from it later as well.

On a side note, we’re aware of the coalition between Japanese and American publishers to take action against scanlation but we’ll wait and see how things will turn out so we’re leaving the download links (of unlicensed titles) for now. BUT we do ask you to not re-distribute our files. So people, if we gave you permission earlier (and those who didn’t even ask for it in the first place– especially regarding licensed titles), please stop re-distribution of our files. Enjoy them while they’re here, and let’s hope we won’t have to stop our hobby completely.

I know, I know, we better complete some of the current ones before starting new stuff, but I just couldn’t resist picking up Kemono no Souja (fantasy series written by Uehashi Nahoko, of Seirei no Moribito fame, dealing with fantasy beasts <3) and dragged the other staff along. Incidentally, it's drawn by Takemoto Itoe, whose art you may recognise from one of our current series, Boku to Miraiya no Natsu.
